In 2011 I had my first attempt at making my daughters 2nd birthday cake! It wasn't a disaster, it tasted great, but lets just say, it wasn't my best creation.

The next year I decided that I would make a real effort and pull out all the stops. So in my usual way, I chose a really difficult design for a novice and created a Madagasca inspired cake (a picture of it is in the celebration cake gallery). Well it turned out better than expected! From that day on I had discovered a hidden talent and a love for all things cake!

What had started out as a hobby has snowballed into a career, with no looking back. I now work from home baking by hand delicious cakes and decorating them with wonderful designs.

I have a 5* Hygiene Rating from my local council (5* is the highest rating) and hold a Level 2 Hygiene Certificate and I am fully insured. I am also a member of "The British Sugarcraft Guild"

I am very passionate about producing the very best for my clients, no detail is too small and I endeavour to provide them with the cake of their dreams!
